Main Street Laurens is holding it’s popular “Sip-n-Stroll” this evening. And this year, the spring event is combined with “Finally Friday,” that according to Main Street Director Jonathan Irick. He said three wineries from near Laurens County are being featured. Folks can purchase a wrist band from a tent on the north side of the square for $25 that entitles you to stroll around the square having a sip from a variety of wines being offered from these wineries. With a new card-punch this Sip-n-Stroll, you may have 13 samples of wine. The price includes a glass that you can keep.
Wines featured are from Cityscape Winery of Southern Greenville County, Old Rock Quarry Winery of Enoree and Enoree River Winery of Newberry County.
Sip-n-Stroll is paired with Finally Friday, which features a DJ providing music for dancing on the North side of the square and the Laurens County Cruisers with classic cars on the south side.
The event is from 5:30 to 9:00 this evening on the Laurens Square.
