Laurens City Police arrested a man Saturday on charges that he fraudulently obtained a prescription drug over five years ago. 33-year-old Jonathan Lee Martin of #5 at 830 Leesville Church Road, Clinton was charged with Obtaining Schedule IV Drugs by Fraud. Detective Tony Lynch states that between April 14th and 19th 2009 Jonathan Lee Martin had another person go to Wal-Mart and pick up a prescription on a Schedule IV Controlled Drug that was intended for another person. Jonathan Lee Martin was released from the Johnson Detention Center Saturday on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
