Deputy David Staton was dispatched to a location on Brissey Bridge Road Waterloo at 8:05 last night. While on the way another call came in about a female on Todd Quarter Road who was fleeing the scene on Brissey Bridge Road. As he was arriving in the area the deputy was flagged down by one woman who said she had fled the Brissey Bridge Road scene when an altercation developed between people she went there with and others at the scene. A second woman also flagged the deputy down who said she had been spit on at the residence and that another friend of hers was being held against her will at that location. As the officer arrived at the location on Brissey Bridge Road he met with people inside and was told the 2nd woman who had flagged him down had struck at man at that residence. One woman at the location said she had stayed there of her own will. After investigating, Deputy Station arrested the 2nd woman who had flagged him down for allegedly hitting the man at a neighbor’s house on Brissey Bridge Road. 48-year-old Sharon Lee Oggenfuss of 156 Cressy Bridge Road, Waterloo was issued a ticket charging Simple Assault at 8:30 last night and was charged in a second ticket with Simple Possession of Marijuana. She was being held overnight, pending arraignment.
