A Western North Carolina man was placed in the Laurens County Detention Center yesterday on orders of General Sessions Court from this past fall. 29-year-old Richard George Flake III of 42 Angel Whisper Lane, Hendersonville was served with two General Sessions Court Bench warrants from Laurens County. They state that Mr. Flake failed to show in court on November 5th, 2014 to face charges of Larceny, Breaking into Motor Vehicle or Container and of Malicious Damage to Personal Property. Flake was being held until he is discharged by due course of law.
