Laurens City Police yesterday arrested 26-year-old Edna Victoria Foster of 400 Jefferson Street, Clinton on a Forgery charge from early last Fall. Detective Leann Riggott states that on September 22nd, 2014 Edna V. Foster forged and published a check drawn on the Palmetto Bank in the amount of $150. This allegedly took place at Woodforest Bank inside Wal-Mart. Edna Foster was being held pending a bond hearing.
