Fountain Inn Police served drug charges on a local resident yesterday. 20-year-old Ryan Tyler Baker of 606 Fountain Brook Lane, Fountain Inn was charged with Manufacture of a Schedule I Narcotic, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and with Simple Possession of Marijuana. Officer Scott Hawkins states that on March 3rd Ryan Tyler Baker was found to be in possession of tools or instruments that are commonly used to manufacture a Schedule I Narcotic, in Fountain Inn. Tickets were issued also charging Simple Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 3:59 pm on Fountain Brook Lane. Cash or surety bonds were set totaling $6,260. Ryan Tyler Baker remained in the Johnson Detention Center this morning.
