State Probation arrested 35-year-old Terrance Suber of 4126 Mountville Road, Mountville Friday and charged him with Violation of Probation. A warrant states he failed to follow advice and instructions of probation staff by giving false information during court intake, by leaving no correct forwarding information, and thereby by absconding probation supervision. He also allegedly failed to make his scheduled initial report to the probation office on December 3rd, 2013, having never reported, and failed to pay court ordered charges. Terrance Suber remained in the Johnson Detention Center this morning.
