Requests for Information about Laurens County as a possible site for a new industrial plant have been fewer in number for 2015, but things are starting to improve. Director Marvin Moss also told the Laurens County Development Corporation’s Board this week that the number of site visits to Laurens County is increasing, from one in March to 5 in April and 7 so far in May. Moss also said he expects to have some announcements for new projects soon. He highlighted three by project code name that he believes are about ready to announce plans to locate in Laurens County.
