A woman was charged yesterday with assaulting two Laurens County EMS employees in mid August. The Sheriff’s Office yesterday booked
44-year-old Tracy Ann Donovan with an address of 119 Wood Forrest Place, Gray Court and charged her with two counts of 2nd Degree Assault and Battery. In both warrants, Deputy Taylor states that investigation of Deputy Staton indicates that on August 13th Ms. Donovan spit bloody saliva into the face of two persons from Laurens County EMS. Tracy Ann Donovan was released yesterday on personal recognizance bonds totaling $10,000 for the two 2nd Degree Assault charges.
