Deputy Timothy Byrd was dispatched to a Clinton area residence at 3:18 Saturday morning after a woman called to report her brother was showing out and disturbing the household. On arrival she reportedly said the brother was tearing up the residence and that there are snakes in the residence. The man reportedly indicated he was seeing snakes throughout the house and that he’s trying to kill them. There was some indication to the officer that the man was hallucinating in seeing snakes.
The 60-year-old man was charged with Breach of Peace and booked at 4:30 Saturday morning. He was released Saturday afternoon on a $470 PR bond.
