Clinton Public Safety arrived on Rogada Drive just after 2:00 yesterday morning to arrest a woman on a marijuana-related charge. Officers reported that on arrival the smell of marijuana was detected from an open door at a neighbor’s trailer. They checked, and issued tickets charging that 40-year-old woman with Simple Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was given a court date to report. 2.2 grams of marijuana, a cardboard box with a roach and a marijuana grinder were reportedly seized by police.
Officer then arrested the woman they had gone there for. 36-year-old Sherry Elizabeth Bedenbaugh of unit 6 at 133 Rogada Drive was charged with Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. A warrant alleges she provided marijuana to her minor daughter and smoking marijuana with the juvenile at Rogada Drive on or about November 7th.
Sherry Bedenbaugh was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond later yesterday morning.
