‘Failure to Appear’ for a Failure to Stop was noted in a General Sessions Bench warrant served yesterday. 33-year-old Jason Allen Anderson of 123 Wells Road, McCormick was booked Monday. A General Sessions Bench Warrant issued December 10th states he Failed to appear in court December 4th to face a charge of Failure to Stop for a blue Light, 2nd or subsequent Offense. Jason Allen Anderson was being held in the Laurens County Detention Center, pending his next court appearance.
