Two people arrested recently have now also been charged with Violation of Probation.
35-year-old John D. Crumpton Jr. of 521 Musgrove Street, Clinton was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office February 11th and charged with Criminal Domestic Violence of a High and Aggravated Nature and two Weapons offenses. Bond was denied on those charges. Now, the state has charged Crumpton with Violation of Probation with a warrant citing the recent alleged shooting of his girlfriend during a struggle over a pistol in Joanna.
19-year-old Dennis Trent of 1 Cumbie Street, Fountain Inn was served with Bench Warrants this past Tuesday regarding sentences for Minor in Possession of Alcohol and a Driving under the Influence. He’s now been charged with Violation of Probation in a warrant that cites failures to report and follow instructions.
Both John Crumpton Jr. and Dennis Trent were to go before a judge for a bond hearing on the Violation of Probation charges today.
