GHS Laurens County Memorial Hospital is bringing “Rocking Heart Day” back for a second Saturday, this time at the Laurens Y tomorrow. Local Zumba legend Juanita Rayford takes everyone interested thru an easy-to-follow Zumba workout. The hospital is offering free health screenings as well as tasty treats. GHS Spokesperson Jamie Adair said it’s all free, and includes the chance to chat with health professionals.
“Rocking Heart Day” runs for 90 minutes starting at 10:30 in the morning at the Laurens Y.
