The Highway Patrol arrested two people on multiple charges, including being “Habitual Offender,” yesterday afternoon in Laurens County.
46-year-old Timothy Gerald Kinley of 202 Alston Street, Greenville was charged at 2:33 pm on Interstate 385 with Driving under the Influence, Driving under Suspension and Habitual Offender for DUS. He was also charged with Open Beer or Wine.
41-year-old Charles Lee “Charlie” Morgan of 111 Ridgecrest Drive, Fountain Inn was arrested on the south side of Fountain Inn and tickets issued state that at 2:18 pm he was Driving under the Influence, Driving under Suspension and was an Habitual Offender, Causing Great Bodily Injury. Morgan was also charged with a Seat Belt Violation.
both Charlie Morgan and Timothy Kinley were being held in the Johnson Detention Center overnight, pending a bond hearing.
