A man was booked overnight in the Laurens County Detention Center on multiple charges. 53-year-old Timothy Eugene “Timbo” Smith of 3342 Warrior Creek Church Road, Gray Court was charged with Malicious Damage, Possession of Meth and with Resisting Arrest from incidents yesterday. Warrants allege that “Timbo” Smith did damage of less than $2,000 to another man’s personal property by breaking his Costa sunglasses yesterday, that Smith knowingly was in possession of less than one gram of Methamphetamine, and that he resisted arrest by a law enforcement officer with the Laurens County Sheriff’s Office. Timothy “Timbo” Smith was being held for arraignment on the charges today.
