This is ‘Miss South Carolina’ week, with the pageant underway at Columbia’s Township Auditorium. The Miss South Carolina Finals will be tomorrow night, but the finals for Miss South Carolina Teen are tonight in Township. Among those competing for tonight’s honor is Miss Laurens County Teen, Caroline Addison. We asked her how things were going during the competition this week.
“It’s been amazing….I’ve got so many new friends….and I’ve met so many new people as well. It’s just been a great opportunity to be down here in Columbia this week.”
We asked Caroline Addison’s about her platform as Miss Laurens County Teen.
“My platform is ‘Read Across America’ and I’m going into schools and trying to encourage kids to read inside of school but also outside of school.”
We asked if local folks can attend tonight’s Miss Teen SC Finals at Township Auditorium in Columbia?
“Yeah! If there’s anybody wanting to come to the pageant, tickets can be purchased from the Township Box Office or on Ticketmaster.”
Miss Laurens County Teen, Caroline Addison, is the daughter of Laurie & Jamie Addison.
