A Joanna man yesterday was arrested on a Harassment charge from an alleged crime almost two years ago. 25-year-old Winston Woolcock of 301 West Calhoun Street, Joanna was charged with Harassment 2nd Degree. Deputy Adrian Allen states that on January 4, 2014 the defendant engaged in a pattern of unreasonable intrusion into the private life of a person by telephoning the victim, coming to the victim’s residence and threatening to kill her, and engaging in surveillance of the victim’s home, and continuously harassing her causing the victim mental distress. Winston Woolcock was released from the Johnson Detention Center on a $470 personal recognizance bond.
