Fountain Inn Police arrested a man Tuesday from an alleged domestic assault on Monday. 31-year-old Travis Laquentae Irby of 103 Golf Lane, Fountain Inn was charged with Criminal Domestic Violence. A warrant stats Warrant states that on March 24th he willfully and intentionally choked the victim by placing both hands around her throat and squeezing until she temporarily lost consciousness. He and the victim have a child in common and formerly cohabited. Travis Irby was released from the Johnson Detention Center yesterday on posting a $5,000 surety bond.
