The Laurens County Sheriff’s Office yesterday arrested 31-year-old Jeffery Scott Wooley of 101 Golf Lane, Fountain Inn on a charge of Child Neglect. A warrant states that on March 3rd Wooley placed at unreasonable risk of harm to a minor child under age of 2 by testing positive to methamphetamine. Defendant had custody and/or charge of the minor child and is the child’s parent. Jeffery Scott Wooley remained in the Johnson Detention Center with a surety bond set at $20,000.
